North Carolina

Although licensing is not required in North Carolina for radon professionals, the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NCDHHS) recommends that radon professionals become certified.

For your convenience, we’ve provided a list of national certification programs:

  • National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP)
  • National Radon Safety Board (NRSB)

National certifications offer service providers competence and adherence to industry standards for radon testing and remediation projects.

Protect your business, clients, and employees with radon contractor insurance.
